The guiding thread within the exhibition is pasta, an icon of Italian culinary tradition.

In the first room, three fundamental elements for any kitchen are presented. White, red, and green give life to the tricolor, just as water, flour, and egg are essential to create pasta.

Each exhibition room is preceded by an environment that creates interaction between the audience and the materials that will be addressed subsequently. This 'curtain' also serves as a separation between one atmosphere and another.
